PDC Limited receive instructions from Freeholders, Landlords and Managing Agents whose portfolios range in size anywhere between 70 to 70,000 units.
During 2008 and 2009 PDC Limited successfully recovered over £35 million in Service Charge and Ground Rent arrears which is a total of 38,458 individual instructions.
PDC Limited averages at a 85% success rate, many residents make payment on receipt of our first letter but should it be necessary we are able to proceed with court action to secure the debt. The remaining 15% is comprised of less than 1% of debts being secured by having a Charging Order placed on the property and the remaining 14% are instructions sent to us in error and valid disputes raised by residents.
