There are several ways you can make a payment, as outlined below. If you are unable to pay the full amount by the date specified in our correspondence, and if permitted by the client, our automated payment facility will provide the terms for making scheduled payments. In every instance, you must enter your six-digit account number along with the property postcode associated with the debt (please note that this is not your registered card address).

Automated Payment Line:
Call our automated payment line on 0330 008 1638, available 24/7.
Online Payment:
Visit our Online payments page to make a payment.
Payment Link:
We have sent a payment link with every electronic communication we have sent to you. In the event we do not have your email address, please send us an email to admin@propertydebt.co.uk with the subject “PDC Ref: [Quote your reference number] Send me a payment link”. An electronic link will be sent within 5 minutes of receipt.

Please note we are unable to accept Amex cards for payments.
