    "I established Property Debt Collection Limited in 1993 after several years within the property management industry.

    I noticed that despite the set credit control procedures in place, only a small percentage of tenants made payment on time, which led to huge debtor lists and massive financial strain on the managing agent to carry out management company tasks."

    My chief objective was to find a cost effective solution to decrease the arrears in the shortest possible timescale and on 14th May 1993 I succeeded and collected my first debt of £444.00.

    Since 1993 I have continued to expand the business incorporating the latest legislation and honing the recovery process. I now employ over 30 staff, have established my own legal firm which has led to Property Debt Collection successfully recovering on average over £15 million in service charge and ground rent arrears for over 140 clients nationwide each year.

    In fact, over the last 10 years we have received over 216,000 instructions and successfully collected over £184 million for our Clients.

    My vision for the future is the continued growth of Property Debt Collection by offering our clients an unparalleled, cost effective service.
